RAASCEMAN boosts supply chain resilience with digital twins, real-time data, and MaaS networks. Tested in automotive and bike industries, it enables flexible, adaptive manufacturing for future-proof European industry.

Supply chain resilience through digital innovation

International supply chains have become increasingly vulnerable to unexpected disruptions, causing delays and inefficiencies. These rigid systems struggle to adapt to sudden changes, threatening business operations. To stay competitive, manufacturers need flexible and resilient supply chains. In this context, the EU-funded RAASCEMAN project offers a solution by developing tools to improve adaptability. It focuses on adjusting production plans with real-time data, switching suppliers through a Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) network, and incorporating remanufacturing. RAASCEMAN’s tools, tested in the automotive and bike industries, aim to make supply chains more resilient and efficient by using digital twins and open-source software.
