CBT ChatBot Assist
CBT ChatBot Assist is a modern psychological counseling program dedicated to students, designed to support you in moments when you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress or lack of motivation. This program brings together two essential ingredients: the support provided by psychologists within group sessions and an artificial intelligence chatbot that helps you put into practice what you have learned between sessions.
Conceptually, the CBT ChatBot Assist Program is based on the transdiagnostic intervention protocol proposed by David Barlow (Barlow et al., 2011), a scientific method internationally recognized for its effectiveness in addressing difficult emotions – whether we are talking about anxiety, sadness or stress.
The program includes four group psychological counseling sessions, conducted in a safe, relaxed and confidential setting. In these meetings you will learn concrete strategies for managing negative thoughts, regulating emotions and developing healthier behaviors. Everything is designed to be applicable in a student’s daily life.
Between sessions, you will have access to an intelligent ChatBot, integrated into a mobile application, that provides you with continuous support: it helps you organize your exercises, monitor your emotions, receive personalized feedback and stay connected to the personal development process. All at your own pace, whenever you need it.
Important to know: The ChatBot does not replace human counselors, but complements them. Think of it as a “personal assistant” that supports you between sessions, encourages you, reminds you why it is important to continue and offers you suggestions tailored to your needs.
CBT ChatBot Assist was developed with the financial support of the Faculty of Sociology and Psychology (FSP) of UVT.
If you are curious, eager to understand yourself better and to receive professional and innovative support, CBT ChatBot Assist is for you.
