This Café session is a cross project collaboration effort between the Horizon 2020 European Research Projects HELIOS and AI4EU in the current Next Generation Internet Program.

With today's smart phones, it is easy to get inundated with messages and notifications from different applications. You can choose to silence your phone or certain chats completely, but sometimes there might be time-critical messages you're missing. Context recognition might help in recognising when certain messages should be prioritized. How do people deal with information overload and feel about context recognition? The results of an online study as well as the preliminary results of a recent social media application user test are presented.
