Summary:

Volvero, developed by Wego srl, is an innovative Italian car-sharing platform aiming to redefine how vehicles are shared and trusted across users. Through the StairwAI support program, the company focused on scaling its platform with artificial intelligence, enhancing onboarding processes, and leveraging behavioral analytics to improve service reliability and customer trust. The project delivered a full feasibility plan and business model focused on AI adoption. These documents detail how Volvero plans to implement AI for A/B testing to increase user conversion at various stages of the onboarding funnel and for UI/UX enhancements. In parallel, AI tools will support due diligence (KYC, DD) of users, enabling fraud detection, driving behavior profiling, and predictive analytics. Volvero reached TRL 6 during the project, confirming technical stability and the resolution of major bugs. The system architecture is prepared for telematics integration, allowing real-time monitoring of vehicle use to promote safer driving and trust among participants. Strategically, the company has anticipated risks associated with data privacy, AI bias, and regulatory compliance, outlining detailed mitigation strategies. The integration plan also prioritizes transparency and user education, fostering trust in AI-driven decisions. The next phase will see the operationalization of the AI roadmap, beginning with real-world A/B testing and expanding toward real-time behavioral insights. With AI now a core pillar of its platform, Volvero is positioned to offer a scalable, intelligent, and secure mobility solution for urban environments.
