AI-driven optimisation of water and energy consumption in food processing

This case study presents an AI-driven approach to improving water and energy efficiency in frozen food processing at Ardo. By combining IoT data with AI models, the solution enables real-time monitoring of resource consumption and early detection of anomalies. It also introduces predictive maintenance for critical assets such as water pumps. Through integration with a Data Space and MLOps platform, the system enhances operational performance while supporting more sustainable production practices.
